What will my experience look like if I use Chat support?
It's easy to use. Simply go-to our support page using your web browser and choose "Chat now
with the Help Desk" at the top of the page.
You will receive confirmation that HungerRush has received your message. Live representatives
respond to your message and work with you until the issue is resolved.
What if I am in the middle of a text or chat session and do not
respond to the representative right away?
If you start a session and step away or do not respond within a set timeframe, you will receive a
reminder message. If there is still no response, the session will end. This doesn't mean your
help stops – simply start a new text or chat session when you are available and HungerRush
will be there.
